Leah comes from humble and caring beginnings and her subtle personality reflects that. Growing up in the Bay Area and going to college in the south gave her a sound awareness of culture. Being rooted in East Oakland gave her an awareness of life’s struggles and childhood memories that will last forever.
Leah is an industry bombshell waiting to explode. Not only is she pursuing a rapping career but also she has already made a mark for herself as a model. In addition, she excels in her other talents as well. Besides her lyrically laced tongue, she also writes (poetry, screenplays, comedy material etc.) acts and she defiantly knows how to shake a tail feather on the dance floor which helps improve her live performances.
When writing, Leah creates an environment of realistic situations and expounds realistic reactions. Mainly, consumers will experience her own past times through the high energy pumping music of which she composes to. She credits her mother and family for her motivation and drive because some day soon she wants to help their ungrounded dreams come true.
Leah has been a performer since the age of 7, competing in Oratorical fest and Math Olympics. Thus far she has rapped on stage in front of many, participated in several fashion and hair shows, and danced in music videos. She has performed with a live band, partook in promotional events and performed in theatrical settings as well. In addition, Leah is featured on flyers and print ads. She has graced Jet Magazine as Beauty of the Week.
Leah takes pride in writing all of her own lyrics as she takes listeners through journeys of the mind. She has performed in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Huntsville, AL and New Jersey. Leah continues to work hard in the studio producing songs for her first album as well as collaborating with other artists.
In addition to Leah’s other GOD given talents, she is a former scholar athlete as well. She played basketball and softball in high school and received a softball scholarship for college. While in school, Leah acquired numerous academic and athletic awards. This 5’2, 125 pound frame sassy young lady is like a bottle of expensive cognac, roughly smooth. Leah believes that she will make a wonderful addition to any talent organization, as she is simply a pleasure to work with.
